Where can I find a Sony Cybershot camera cord?
I recently lost the usb cord to my Sony Cybershot camera (4.1 mega pixels) a couple days ago. Anyone know where I could buy another one seperately? Office max maybe?

What model is the Cybershot? The last 3 Sony’s I had used a proprietary cable and might not be as easy to find. I’m sure you can find the cable on Amazon though.

You might try ebay. But if you can’t find one anywhere just go on Sony website and order a replacment. It will be a bit more pricey, so get it somewhere else if you can.

Get a card reader. It will work without any software and with any camera.

I have a new Sony Cybershot DSC-H55. I can’t get the clock setting to change from am to pm. What can I do?
I looked at the manual that came with the camera AND on the company’s website. I followed the directions given and I can change the month, day, and year, but it doesn’t allow me to change from am to pm.

Whenever I have a question/problem such as yours, I read the user’s guide (aka “the manual”).
It is amazing just how much I always learn from that.
If that doesn’t help (or if I’m interested in a product I don’t own), I check the manufacturer’s website.
They have descriptions and specs for their gadgets, often have user forums, and the decent manufacturers all let you download the manuals in electronic form (so losing the book is no longer a problem).
99% of the time that does the trick.
