I would like to know how to change the color settings on my sony cybershot camera?

Is there anyway to exchange the color background in a sony Cybershot camera? for example (black and white, sepia, any additional color)

Time to READ & STUDY the Owner’s Manual for your camera. Everything you need to know about your camera is in there.

I own a cybershot DSC-H2. So I hope it’s similar.
When I have mode dial on A or S, I hit the menu button and then to the left of it there’s a control button. That control button will get you there by striking it on left side. You’ll get ISO speed, focus like multi and settings of natural, vivid, bl&Wh etc.

go into camera menu
find the color choice

I have a Sony Cybershot with a memory stick and was just wondering if there is anyway to exchange what the camera and or memory stick names the photos when it saves them and I transfer them to my pc. It always starts at 001 and so on and so on and I used to have a camera that named them 3 digits as well only after you transferred them to your pc it didn’t start back at the beginning number, it kept going up chronologically, so I never had pictures named the same business.

sorry, you can only name them on your pc, just go to the side bar a select rename.

Try putting the “memory stick” in your comp, open up computer and then the memory stick file and start renaming them one by one. This is the only option I can reckon of.

For some reason, you turned off the sequential numbering feature on your camera. That will automatically assign file names up to 9999 and then resets.

This way you don’t have to worry about overwriting you older first image files until you reach the 9999 point.

Most of us save each session to a different file folder named for the subject we just copied to our computer so even if there are duplicate sets of say SCS_9999, they will be in different folders and not interfere with each additional.

If you do want to later save images as different names, programs like Photoshop allow you to batch process files, one of which allows you to rename files in batches.
