If a by a smart phone at radio shack do they require me to sign up for a data plan?

I was wondering if i have to get a data plot if i get a smart phone at radio lean-to is that the case?

if you want any kind of money off on the phone, yes you have to get the data. even at radioshack. they still have to follow the carriers rules

My first computer, and an unintended self-likeness. I took delivery on this beastie on April 8, 1983–twenty-one years to the day before I took this pic. I fired it up over the weekend and was pleased to find that it still works; less pleased, though, to learn how much I’d forgotten about getting Ultimate ROM, the RAM banks, and the Portable Disk Drive to work.

I have an iphone that is in fantastic condition like new, The phone works but something is incorrect with the service. May maybe I take it to Radio Lean-to and trade it for a new one or only apples supplies accept that?
