Good quality digital camera for $200 or under?

I’ve recently been looking for an upgrade in digital cameras, and I was hoping to find out what the best digital camera is that’s under $ 200? I’m not looking for anything professional; I just need something that’s 8-10MP, and takes good quality pictures and videos, and doesn’t have bad zoom quality.
I’ve been considering the Canon PowerShot SD1100 IS.

I love my new camera! It’s tiny, which is great for putting in my pocket or even a small purse for going out. I bought it before a recent vacation, and all the pictures came out awesome, even the ones where I handed it to a random person to take a photo of my group. The battery life is great; I used it heavily for the whole week and didn’t have to charge it at all. It starts up pretty quickly, so you can take it out, snap the shot, and have it back in your pocket fast. The image stabilization works great, especially in somewhat low light where a flash would have been embarrassing or unflattering. The face detection also seems to work pretty well, and the auto red-eye correction is nice. I haven’t played with all the special modes yet, but I did manage to take a few nice dusk/night photos with the night mode. I’m a newbie when it comes to fancy camera features, but I did a LOT of research to make sure I was getting my money’s worth, and I couldn’t be happier!

Hey Im looking for a new camara to give me more professional shots mainly of my horses.

I live in Sunny Spain and its going to be used for pics of my pets, friends, nights out, my brothers art work and mainly pics of me riding my horses.

I may be wrong but I don’t think ANY of these cameras are any good. Stay away from them. Choose from among Sony, Canon, Fuji, Nikon etc for quality. Check out Website

PS I don’t know much about E-Bay, but do you know who you’re buying from? Why not buy from a reputable store?
In answer to your last question. dpreview.com their reviews of THIS camera Olympus MJU 810 was NOT good.
Make life easy on yourself…go to dpreview.com and choose a Canon to your liking which had good reviews.
Consider the Canon A630 or Fuji F20.

Forget the cameras from your list, trust me.
Last year I spent a lot of time to find THE compact camera for my.
I did choose the Samsung NV10.
It was ratet with the EISA award (best product 2006-2007)

Go for Nikon Coolpix!!
