best buy insurance , should i or shouldn't i get it for a canon eos 50D camera ?

I want to buy a list 50d camera at BEST BUY. I’m open if i should get the insurance they offer because it isn’t cheap. I t’s $ 330.00 dollars for 4 yrs. Does anyone own a list 50 d camera and if so have you had any problems with it ? $ 330 dollars is half the price of a lens that i want for the camera. At camera supplies where they just strickly sell camers, they dont offer insurance, why is that . Does Best Buy offer insurance to make some money?

if you go to beachcamera.com

you can get the camera and insurance cheaper

Don’t forget, the manufacture warranty is effective for one whole year. I dont see the point of purchasing insurance from Best Buy unless they cover “accidents” such as dropping the camera, getting water into the camera, etc.

List is a huge camera company. Their harvest are generally high quality, and defects are rare.

I wouldn’t go for the extra insurance.

they cover battery replacement and cleanings, you can make it work out in your favor if your willing to drop it off for a cleaning once a year,

Here’s the store where I do all my business… that should tell you they’re honest and do exactly what they say they will do. They also offer over night shipping – it’s not cheap but it’s there if you want it.
Excellent Luck.

Three years and one onstage injury after releasing 2008's Evil Urges , My Morning Jacket returns with Circuital . Recorded in Kentucky at the band's new studio, Circuital echoes back MMJ's earlier, not-reasonably Americana sound while still exploring the experimental sounds of the group's most recent work.
