My Nikon Coolpix S3000 says battery exhausted?

Okay so in May I bought a Nikon Coolpix S3000, I’ve used it to take pictures and all. All of a sudden, it says battery exhausted. First, it is really hot today and my camera feels super warm! Second, i really need help on what to do! Please because I don’t reckon I need duracell batteries because it doesn’t have a slot for that, but in my guide book for this camera, it has a rechargeable battery but I don’t know how to do this. Please help! D:
Okay, so jim and rabid, I have tons of questions! How should I recharge the battery? I don’t know how to! I did get a charger to charge the camera. So what do I do now?
WAIT a second, it doesn’t say where to put the battery in my manual. >_<. HELP! D;

With your camera you should have received a battery and charger. If you did not you should get on line to a site that sells batteries and chargers. They will have a compatible battery – best get two, and a charger to go with them.

Batteries rechargeable and disposable wear out nearer when heated up or in heat. Remove the battery allow the device to cool and the battery to re-charge.

Your manual should tell you (common sense), but usually you plug in the charger and place the battery in the charger (also common sense)

What do you reckon? Answer below!

I wanna sell my Nikon D50. I bought it Christmas 2007, it’s used but doesn’t have any scratches or dings. The only business phsyically incorrect with it is the rubber cap over the usb port has fallen off, but there is no hurt from that any.

Built-in is as follows:

Charger&Cord
Carrying Strap
Camera Case (http://bestcheapdigitalslrcamera.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/08/Lowepro-Topload-Zoom-1-Camera-Bag-Black.jpg)
Body Cap
Nikkor 28-80 mm lens
Quantaray UV filter
256MB memory card
Camera Guide that came with the Camera
2nd Camera guide from Magic Lantern Guides
high glide…. you dont needa buy me im already yours!!! ;D

Answer by High Glide
can I buy you? idc about the camera :)

I’d sell the lens separately :) . The lens should fetch $ 200 easily, maybe $ 250. I’d give $ 225 for it. It’s an exceptionally sharp lens for its size.

The camera and everything else… perhaps $ 250.

If craigslist is huge in your area, I’d use that. :)

you’d better go to some auction sites, and find the same sellers who sell the same camera.the make their price as a reference.

I get questioned reasonably often what should I be looking for when I want to get my first dslr. The most vital business is the glass, without better glass you will be much more pleased with your results and be less frustrated. You wil learn a ton as you grow so I try to focus on the basics right off the bat, not all the bells and whistles of the camera. Get the basic thoughts right and you will be really pleased.
