What is the best elliptical under $1500?

I have heard of NordicTrack AudioStrider 990 for $ 1000 which is the best value according to consumer reports. Does anyone have experience with this? Can you recommend any other ones? Should I buy used?

try doing a websearch on weightless exercises, they are free, not equipment needed and are very eliptical in nature

I believe the PUR filters are the best.
They collect more contaminants than Brita and they cost more.

If you are just concerned with removing taste, odor and chlorine, go with the cheaper Brita.
