Is the Kodak M753 a good digital camera? Will it take good shots and take shots quickly in rapid succession?

Is the Kodak M753 a good digital camera? Will it take good shots and take shots quickly in rapid succession?

Here are the specs: http://kodak.com/eknec/PageQuerier.jhtml?pq-path=11143&pq-locale=en_US

I need to be sure that it will take excellent photos, take photos quickly (so I wont be coming up a long time for the nest photo), and take shots of moving subjects. I need the battery to last adequately too. But right now I just need to know is the Kodak M753 a excellent digital camera? I have searched on the net and there are no reviews so what do you reckon? (By the way yes I am a student on a budget.. so any help is appreciated.. especially if you’re a bit of a camera expert.. but any help is fantastic thanks!)

Give your answer to this question below!

I just bought one of these cameras and am coming up to receive it tomorrow. Any reviews on the camera?
I ordered it from bhphotovideo.com.

Also persons of you that do have it…what kind of rechargable batteries can you use? Is the Li-Ion 8000 the only one?

Beyond doubt a digital camera at 8 megapixels, 12X optical zoom and has viewfinder. Also has image stabilizer.
On the surface it looks like a very excellent camera. Did I say that about Kodak?
Delight in your camera.

Hi. Kodak Z812 IS is a pretty excellent camera. I have it for nearly a month and I am pretty excited about it. It is not reasonably as excellent as List Powershot S5IS in terms of wide angle and shutter speed but it does it’s job nicely for that price. What’s excellent about it is that you can zoom while filming and you can snap a photo from a record. Also it has smart scenes to help you if you are a beginner and it has manual modes it you want to play a small. It does not have manual settings for white balance and ISO is not that brilliant, but you can do without it. Hope I was of help a small bit :) Delight in your camera and let me know if you need some advice :)

Hi – Sorry can’t tell you on this model but I have the P850, the z7590 and an older 390. I don’t reckon you can go incorrect!

I’m no expert but I’ve found many point and shoot digi’s have their own peculiarities in regards to how they handle hard lighting situations. Kodak’s are no different. Practise is what has helped me know how and when to use the different modes to get around or utilize the quirks for the better shot.

BTW – Where did you buy the 812?
