how much does it cost to build a website like cnet.com?

I want a webmaster to build a website for an learning and entertainment journal but I want to be able to upload information anytime I want and don’t want to pay a monthly fee. How much will that cost me!!

Answer by tecknojoe
First, you need to buy webspace, which will cost you a monthly fee. for example: godaddy.com will let you have a website domain name for like $ 5 a month or something. Also, to build a website as huge as cnet, it will cost you hundreds of thousands. you need to be more specific on what you want it to do.
