Why can't my olympus C-310 digital camera upload videos on windows movie maker?

If you know how to change the video format so the video will go windows movie maker

You can try saving it again, but in the Save as type, change it to a different format. I’m not sure if that will work, but it’s worth a shot.

You will have to convert the files.

Files associated with Windows Movie Maker
Audio files: .aif, .aifc, .aiff .asf, .au, .mp2, .mp3, .mpa, .snd, .wav, and .wma
Picture files: .bmp, .dib, .emf, .gif, .jfif, .jpe, .jpeg, .jpg, .png, .tif, .tiff, and .wmf
Video files: .asf, .avi, .m1v, .mp2, .mp2v, .mpe, .mpeg, .mpg, .mpv2, .wm, and .wmv
you might have to convert your files using http://www.handbrake.fr/ this is a free video converter.

Windows Movie Maker only supports these video formats:
* Video files: .asf, .avi, .wmv
* Movie files: MPEG1, .mpeg, .mpg, .m1v, .mp2

To put other formats of videos (say *.mov, *.mp4)onto Windows Movie Maker, you will have to convert those files with a video converter such as Aimersoft Video Converter (free download) or if you are using a good video editing software such as Wondershare Movie Story or something comparable then your files don’t have to be converted. You can just add them to the program and start from there.

i have adobe photoshop album starter edition 3.0.

is there a way?
and can i get pictures from my computer onto my camera also?

only with a card reader writer that lets yu save to the XD card.

The video must be a compltible format to the FE-230 and you need to consult the book to find that out

It must be same size, frame rate and file type

pictures must be JPEG
