Need driver for digital camera?

I am looking for a driver for my Sony DSC-S40 digital camera. PLease help! I tried Sony.com but all they have is the download for the picture wrap and i dont need that just the driver for the camera itself…

Chances are that the driver is part of that wrap.

There are no drivers for XP for that m odel, that I can find. YOu can find other drivers for 98, 98SE and 2000 here.

Win XP contains a standard USB Driver that works with the camera, so no unique driver is full for WinXP.

The Sony website does provide downloadable drivers for other in commission systems.

According to the Sony eSupport website:

the DSC-P1 is not compatible with Windows Vista.

Though, you can still transfer photos to your computer by by a USB memory card reader similar to this:
