Is the Panasonic 58 inch plasma HDTV a good buy?

I’m looking to get a high end huge screen and I was probably going to buy it at the Magnolia department in Best Buy, I was wondering if this is a excellent buy and are there any additional high end TV’s I should look into?

plasma does have the best pic, but make sure you know that you can never lay it down or tilt it. it will hurt the tv. so be careful!

It’s a waste of money. Any TV over $ 500 is a waste of money.
