What type of beef is good for making fajitas and stir frys?

Currently I have been using sirloin steaks whenever i find them on sale. Is there a larger cut of meat like a roast that can be cut into peices and usesd for this purpose and what is a good price for this cut of meat in $ ??

Good day? Sirloin steaks? That could get pricey-:)

It should be “Para Milanesa”. It is basically flank steak, it is also known as “Skirt Steak”. It is cut thin, and its primary use is Stir Fry’s, and Fajitas. It is available pretty cheap, because of beef prices the cost varies region to region. You should be able to find it in any supermarket.

traditionally, fajitas are made with skirt steak. ask for it from the butcher counter. it is a very long, flat cut, perfect for grilling. it has some good marbling to it, but i would highly recommend that you marinate it beforehand (just put it in a plastic baggie and dump seasonings and sauces inside) … or i’ve had luck just rubbing it before i put it on the grill.
always remember to cut across the grain of the meat, it makes a HUGE difference in the texture of the fajitas.

Saw this new launch fries at Mac and wanted to try out, and bought it during the evening time~ Is really hot and spicy, but is nice when eat and drink together with "Mountain dew" soft drink~ But i think all their shakers flavor is nice, but i didn’t get to try their orange tea during previous previous year =X But hope next year they would have it ^^

you need to know the cost of the fries .
then i would suggest a 25 % cost. so you would then give 75 cents worth of fries .
