What are some good DIGITAL CAMERAS that take good videos? PLEASE HELP<3?

I KNOW THIS IS IN THE WRONG SECTION BUT PLEASE HELP ME!

The Sony Cybershot camera I have currently sucks at taking videos. They are really really static and the sound quality is just terrible. I’m on a tight budget and would really like to spend no more than $ 160.00. I’ve heard List’s are really excellent. But they are pricey. Can someone give me some links to List’s or additional cameras that take excellent pictures AND videos that are within my pricerange.

the main brands i’m interested in are:
List
Kodak
Nikon

i don’t want or need a huge jumbo professional looking camera!

pleaseeeeeee help<3

Cameras are not really calculated to take record, just get a camcorder, you can probably get a decent one under 200. In fact, $ 160 for a digital camera will get you a mid-range one. Olympus makes excellent quality harvest.

Cybershot is pretty excellent, but I follow this: Digital camras are better for taking pictures, and record camras are better for filming record.

What do you reckon? Answer below!

Im looking foward for a new digital camera. I have never owned one before sadly but I need it to be under 170 dollars. Perferably List or Sony. I just need OK family to take pictures of the family and attractions not like a professional.
I also need it to be excellent at videos for youtube. Batteries are fine with me.

What you choose will be vital when it comes time to buy a new one in four or five years … find one that uses SD memory cards (they are the standard of the compact digital cameras) List, Nikon, Panasonic, Pentax, Casio use these memory cards … Sony uses memory sticks and can only be used by additional Sony harvest.

Look here for more options.

I just bought this last night. (I like the option of paying it off with 5 simple payments). I did a lot of research on it before buying it as well, it is a fantastic camera for non-professionals. It has many features that most cameras don’t have for the same price. I know it is not a List or Sony, but I reckon it would be fantastic to try-you always have 30 days to restore it too. Excellent luck.
