What is the best brand of digital touch screen camera to buy?

I want to buy a new touch screen camera because I’ve seen ads for the new Kodak Slice and Sony Cyber-Shot TX7. There are a lot of brands and cameras out there and I want to find the perfect camera for me. I am looking for something durable with HD record, brilliant picture quality, touch screen, picture control and painting and so on. I currently have the Sony Cyber-shot T300 and I like near everything about it but I want more features. Any thoug 4;ts?

Ok so here are what I need:
Price limit: around $ 1000
Interchangeable Lens capability
Full HD 1080
Optical Zoom 15x + (or an addition to get it there)
Lots of manual options
Excellent built in Mic if possible, or able to buy an attachment
A huge LCD

In general I am looking for something that is nearly as excellent as a GL2, but more like the new Sony Interchangeable Lens Handycam, but obviously not reasonably so expensive and also if at all possible smaller. Some of the cameras I am looking at include Panasonic HDC-TM700, Panasonic HDC-SD600K, Panasonic HDC-HS700K, PV-GS400.
This will be my first record camera and I am going to use it for getting into film making, so it has to be as nice as possible and have lots of features. But, since this is my first camera, I am not too sure which aspects are better to sacrifice in light of others, so even if you don’t know which camera is better, it would be excellent t 1; know what specs are the most vital here. thanks =)
Ok so I have narrowed it down to the Panasonic HDC-TM700K and the List VIXIA HF S20 Dual Flash Memory Camcorder, but am still not sure which is best because they all seem to have pros and cons. Any thoughts?

im not much of an expert but i heard the Sony FX1 is very excellent for its price, i reckon it meets most of your requirements (if not all) and you can buy them for about £700-1200 it’s pricey but worth it.
