which is a better camera - "Canon EOS rebel XSi" or "Nikon D60"..?

i’m looking forward to buy a camera.
out of these two, which is a better camera :-
(1)List EOS rebel XSi
or,
(2)Nikon D60

please suggest.

Neither they are both very excellent entry level DSLR’s. Go to a store and play around with them. Choose the one that feels best in your hands and has the features you want.

They are basically the same. The only real difference is that the List has live view and auto exposure bracketing. The Nikon does not.

These two cameras are very similar just different brand names. If like the nikons better then try to get the D90. You will be able to record record. Thats always cool. Also you can find fantastic deals on used equiptment at places like adorama.com and bhphotovideo.com B&H has student discounts on many things so if you choose to buy there and you are a student sign up for the student pricing.
Make sure to do plenty of research before you buy. Right now the ancient list 5D for $ 1000-$ 1500. This is a fantastic deal on a “full frame” camera. This will give you incredible quality pictures and for a really excellent price. Research, read reviews, choose what you need the camera for, then buy.

but personally I would go with Nikon D60,excellent and cheaper one or you can get Nikon D60 with 2 lens package with nearly same price as List XSi

To read some of the information online about Coldwater Springs, you’d swear it was one of the more serene, peaceful areas around the Mississippi Waterway Parks. Much to my surprise, after getting enough light to see it, the spring area is really pile of ruins upon another pile of ruins.

The first and most obvious set of ruins is what’s left of an ancient well tower and pump house that belonged to nearby Fort Snelling. The spring itself was controlled in a tank holding pond, that also makes up part of the ruins along the banks in the middle part of the image.

What is very odd, and what makes the image fascinating in my eyes, is the combination of the ancient ruins with the building ruins from the US Bureau of Mines. The Mine buildings are obviously younger than the spring ruins and they add a certain contrast to the image, where the spring ruins are mostly concrete and limestone and the mine buildings are brick and siding.

Even though the peaceful and serene image formed in my head was far from the actual background, there’s still a very serene and peaceful feeling to the place. It’s just in a different way, like the cool of a cemetery. I’m sure the intention is to remove the Mine buildings and clean up the rest, once funding can be open (if), but I’m not sure I will like it as much.

Does anyone know where I can get it? I was watching it and thought the song was really pretty. Sounds kinda silly but oh well :)
here it is:

i couldnt find any credits or something for the commercial.
may maybe someone help me out??
thanks :)

The song was composed for the ad itself (so it has no name and probably hasn’t been published) by Michael Montes.

You may maybe probably just listen to it and map it out, if you plot piano it doesnt sound that hard at all. Just get the first note and its not like there are too many huge jumps. I bet you may maybe do it in an hour or less.
