magical!

I’ve narrowed my choices down to three cameras:

List Powershot SD790

List Powershot SD870

Nikon Coolpix S600

I know that these are the top 2 brands, but I have no thought which would be better. Price doesn’t really matter to me right now, so I just want one that is quick and doesn’t take blurry pictures.

Any help would be nice. =]]

None of these cameras take blurry pictures unless you try to handhold shots taken in low light. Blur is a function of the skills of the user … not the camera.

To really know which is best for you, you need to take a SD memory card with you into a store which sell the three cameras.

Then do a test.

Shoot at the highest and lowest ISO the camera supports
Shoot samples at each lenses shortest and longest focal length (optical only)
Test the innumerable white balance settings.

Then take the card home and look at the results on your nice huge computer monitor. This more than looking at the tiny LCD on the camera will help you choose which is the best camera for you … not our opinions.

If by quick you mean which has the least shutter lag, then the test will tell you that as well. Remember, when using flash, the shutter lag will be greater, especially after the first shot.

List’s web site has a very excellent description of all their cameras including speed with or without flash. I’m sure Nikon has the same. I just bought a List and used their site to determine features more than anything. I wanted one with a traditional viewfinder as well as the LCD. Lots of LCD use tends to drain batteries quickly. Also, you tend not to be as steady with the camera out in front of you as with it up against you. I would go over the features that you desire and choose from there since you say cost is not an option.
