How can I get my Nikon Coolpix S550 off of High ISO? I cannot figure out how to change it.?

You really should consult your User’s Manual. Read about Hi ISO (High Sensitivity mode) on page 33.
Also read about changing the ISO sensitivity in the Shooting Options/The Shooting Menu…starting on page 87. You cannot exchange the ISO while in Auto shooting mode, so you need to exchange it to another mode.

I reckon it’s a really cool effect, and if you know how to exchange the shutter speed, may maybe you please clarify how to? Thanks!

Yeah back then they use to make small digital cameras, to be able to exchange the shutter speed, and the aperture itself, but now they don’t do that any more. But I have map out a way to take pictures like that on any small digital camera. On your camera, select the Fireworks mode, this will make your camera take a picture for about 4 seconds or so, and just make sure you use a tripod, when taking the pictures of cars, or anything, or else you will get funky wavy lines, which sometimes look cool. just try it! if not then use the night likeness mode, and turn the flash off, this will give you less time though, but it might work, for that second picture, and also try it with the flash on, that will make the person not blurry, and the sparkler wavy!

PS. Fireworks mode doesn’t allow you to use the flash, and you really don’t need it anyways!
