surely list and nikon, but if i had to choose one, i’ll have to say that list is the ” best ” ( in my opinion ). List makes cheap, affordable cameras, that can be relied upon, and you know you’re going to get excellent pictures.

Personally, i’ve had two list compact/semi-compact cameras, and i had no complaints, except with list’s service representatives and so forth.

I bought this sassy lil’ Panisonic Lumix TZ3 today. I’m completely floored by all it has to offer. It’s pretty much one of the best compact cameras out there. Wide angle Leica lens, 10x Optical Zoom, built in Optical Image Stabilizer and more, OH so much more!!!

Way back when I didn’t really know anything about photography I sauntered into a Ritz Camera on my lunch break and bought my very first digital camera, which also happened to be a Panasonic Lumix. I was continually stunned by the awesomeness of it, and only stopped using it after turning it on and off with a paper clip became too much of a nuisance. I feel confident that the new Lumix will continue to impress this girl.

This is another (if you will forgive me) “lead me by the nose” question. Please go to amazon.com or a similar site where you can compare cameras. Here you need to arrive at a price range and features that interest you. You should then go to supplies that handle digital cameras, Costco, Fred Meyer, Sears, Target, just to name a few. Look through the cameras. Find ones you don’t like and keep a list of them. Just as you would for the ones you like. This way you are forming opinions that are best for you! I know it is very hard these days as the personnel behind the counters usually know nothing about which they sell. Once you have narrowed it down to say 3 cameras. Place persons 3 cameras into a question and add what you or your husband like to take pictures of. This will give you a more quality answer in most cases. You will still get these answers, I own such an such-buy IT! Ignore persons and go for the answers with some meat to them!

You just cant go incorrect with the Panasonic Lumix DMC-TS2 (check link with reviews and features below), the picture quality is just fantastic. The functions are very simple to know and use.
This compact digital camera is also waterproof and the underwater record quality is just stunning.
You can easily have it in your pocket.

In my opinion you just cant go incorrect with it.
