What is the best brand of digital camera.?

i have 120$ $ $ to spend on a digital camera and i want to know what the best brand is??

I like the Digital ELPH by List, but for $ 120, I reckon the Kodak EasyShare at Walmart may be best. or u may maybe save a small more.;)

List PowerShot A460.

once you question yourself which features you want, you’ll be on your way to maximizing your 120 dollars. make sure to buy online because that’s where you get the best deals. Buy from a reputable merchant. Do your homework.

some questions you need to question yourself are things like, do you want rechargeable batteries? do you want a Li-Ion battery? what storage media do you prefer? which brand camera do you prefer. which modes might you find most useful….things like that.

not dslr. but i want it to have art effects that i can play around with along with excellent megapixels and zoom and stability (no need for tripod)

Go for Sony DSC W320…
it has got incredible mega-pixels ( 14.1 ), superb optical zoom ( 4x ) and HD movie recording
