So if I have a Digital camera a Mic and a lap top can I make YouTube Videos?

My opinion: inexpensive way to start kids in photography

I want to start doing photo-manipulation art and additional things like that, and I’m plotting to get a top-notch digital camera soon. I currently have the world’s worst desktop and Dell computers seem to despise me. What should I get?

a top notch hp or a dell. please please please stay away from the mac books. they are marked up over 40% for the same performance as the hp or dell. And macs DO get viruses. excellent luck!

I’d go with a Macbook Pro.

Forget the anti-Apple folks. Macs are MADE for image and photo manipulation. It’s not surprising that it’s the machine of choice for persons professionals.

There are equivalent applications on Windows, but once you’ve tried a Mac, you’ll find out that it’s made for that! Not only is the software reasonably powerful, but the operating system facilitates that.

Also, iPhoto ’09 has face recognition technology built in. Very nice.
