I want to buy a digital camera that cost less than $300 by tommorow. Should i go to Walmart, Costo, Best Buy?

or circuit city and i want a excellent camera not a cheap one. One that will take excellent pictures and i may maybe transfer them to my computer. If you have any thoughts please let me know which store to go to and if possible which camera to buy

Best Buy would probably be your best option as they have reasonably a large camera section. The best three options to choose would be the sony cybershot, the list powershot, or any nikon point and shoot camera. Try for something with 7-8 Megapixels

I’m assuming you want a point and shoot as SLR’s run reasonably a bit higher (600+ for the cheapest)

circuit city is cheaper than best buy. my friend got hers there for 170 and its fantastic.

definently best buy. They have the largest variety and the quality of the harvest are outstanding. I always go to best buy for all my electrical needs because they are they best!

You can use the CD, after all what excellent would it be to have a backup that you cannot use?

Digital print stations can use CD/DVD discs, thumb drives and all the current memory cards

Really the workflow is to copy all the image files from your cameras memory card to your computer, burn a backup CD of the images once you have 700 mb of them on the computer and then format the memory card using the format feature on the camera to refresh the card.

You can also upload your photos via internet–and depending on how quick the service (at the store, I am not talking about the internet speed), you can pick up the prints in an hour, over night or have them mailed to you.
