Watch video from an AV tape digital camera on laptop?

Watch video from an AV tape digital camera on laptop?

I need to be able to watch the video that has been recorded on a sony handycam that uses av tapes. I have downloaded the drivers to be able to stream to the computer with usb cable, and can capture video, but i don’t want to capture it, just vview it in full screen. I’m assuming there is a program i can download for this, thanks.

I have a Sony Cyber-shot camera DSC-w55 and I have to do a school project. I was wondering how I would be able to take the videos and edit them on the computer? Anyone know of something I can download? I have never worked on anything like this before, so any help would be appreciated. Thank you

Your schools computer should have all the software you need to edit video.

Check with your instructor. … they may even supply you with a proper video camera if you show them a script, story board and a scene blocking sheet.

Sorry I kinda sound stupid in this video…(I hate my voice)..I don’t mean to sound like I do… This camera worked when I first seen it and got it from a family member a ways from me, it just wouldn’t let me do anything when I turned it on cause it just asked for a Memory Card, so I’m like ok I will take it then buy a memory card, and it will work…(WRONG…) I was also told it had all sorts of modes for night time recording and what not (another lie) my advice NEVER BUY FROM FAMILY…They will the first to screw you over if possible…Anyway, if you can hear me in this video you will see what I am trying to explain and if anyone knows about this camera or knows where maybe I could download a product manual and/or drivers for it? my OS is Windows Vista…
