which camera is better: the Kodak C913 or the Nikon Coolpix L18?

They’re both on sale for the same price, but I’m wondering what their individual pros and cons are. Also, the last camera I had jammed and had a fixed “Lens Error” message permanently on the screen, so if any of these cameras is prone to doing that, please tell me :]

Also, do they both come with control software? Thank you!

I’ve owned multiple Nikons. The Coolpix is definately superior.

a tree of sorts

unknown tree. Help me identify it. taken Fairfield, Ca. May 09.

When I turn it on ii keeps the camera icon on for about 30 secs. Then when I take a picture it’s super slow and after it takes it the camera has to record for a few more seconds. Also the picture are really blurry and grainy. Does anyone else have this conundrum or know how to fix it?

Step 1: New not cheap batteries, buy Energizer Lithium batteries like $ 13 for 4 but way worth it.
Step 2: go through the menu till you find “reset” or “reset all” that will place the camera back to the same settings like when you bought it new. If you cant find reset hit up a community camera shop (not best buy or wal-mart ect) but a store that only deals with photography and question them to simply reset it for you.
