Cheap, third tier, disposable junk TVs like Insignia, Element, Dynex, Polaroid, Olevia, and Vizio are seldom reviewed. Read this – http://www.hdguru.com/your-new-disposable-flat-panel-hdtv/107/
There are NO GOOD QUALITY PLASMAS until you get up to 37″! Panasonic Viera (starting at 37″) is soooooo good you shouldn’t even think about another brand in plasma.
If you want 32″ or 26″, go LCD. The two best, in performance and reliability, are Panasonic and Sony. A bit less expensive, but still good quality, is Toshiba followed, perhaps, by Sharp and Samsung. If you can’t afford a quality, brand name set, put off your purchase and save up until you can.

Try to register for an account and if it asks you for payment – then it’s not free.
