Panasonic digital camera won't import to pc?

I don’t know why, but when I went to import a record onto my PC, it would connect, but then just sit there and nothing would happen. I’ve imported things before (including videos), and it would always work. I don’t know why it’s suddenly doing this. And the record’s not in the files or anything, so I know it’s not working. I’m not very computer savvy so I don’t really know why this is going on. Can anyone help? Thanks, it’s appreciated.

Ok… what software are you using to download your images?

If you have no luck. go to your nearest camera specialty store and hold a USB memory card reader.

Plug the card reader into your computer. Turn your camera off. Take the memory card out of the camera and place it into the card reader.

Use Windows Examiner(My Computer) to view the files on your memory card (it will show up as a removable disk drive).

You can copy and paste the files from your card into a folder on your computer.

If you’re not keen on the card reader thought, try reading the instruction manual for your camera.

Excellent Luck.

Your camera is not result its focus … Most auto-focus cameras will not take a picture if the camera is out of focus.

Be sure your camera is meant at something that has contrast (like your eye or edge of your mouth and lips and try again.
