What is the best underwater digital camera?

I am looking for an everyday point and shoot digital camera that can fit in my pocket and withstand some water. Olympus Stylus Tough series seems fantastic except all reviews say photos are not sharp and are too soft. List D10 says photo quality is fantastic but camera is huge and hideous. Any first hand suggestions? I want to keep the price under $ 300. I am currently using a List G9 as my daily camera but want something smaller.

The Pentax W60 happens to be the sprinter-up, and it should be considered as well if you prefer looks over function.

Yes it is .. the difference between the M1093 and M1033 is the IS feature on the 1093 .. well worth the small more in cost.

And they use SD / SDHC memory cards … the standard of the industry.
