Nikon D60 Review? Anybody tried this digital camera?

Nikon D60 Review? Anybody tried this digital camera?

Did any person try Nikon D60? I want to buy this camera but first I’d like to read a d60 review.

I own one. I find it simple to use. The placement of the buttons / menu are okay. The pictures I take with it are apparent. It feels comfortable in my hands. I am very much pleased and satisfied with it.

Just to inform you, I was plotting to buy an Olympus E-520 last year. Most public who answered my question here at Yahoo! Answers (around September or October last year) recommended a Nikon D40 or a D60 to me. I also checked out this site, dpreview.com and I bought the D60.

The D60 is a high-performance DX format digital SLR with a 10.2 megapixel resolution. Simple to use and simple to handle, it is the perfect way to explore the magic of digital SLR photography. Everyday situations can be trusted to the camera in AUTO mode, or you can try one of its many options for more creative control. In-camera creative features are easily accessible via an intuitive menu. Convenience is highlighted by a rotating information show that follows the orientation of the camera, a self-cleaning internal mechanism, and a sensor located in the viewfinder that turns off the monitor. With a near-instant start-up time and a small, light body, this camera is ready to go with you anywhere. The D60 – stunning photography is just a step away.

Personally I reckon if your going to buy the d60 reckon about buying the d40 or the d5000.

The reason is, the d40 is basically the same camera just small differences its also cheaper.

The d5000 just came out its an incredible camera it has live view and Hd movie so if you don’t always want to look through the view finder live view might be worth it. Also has a large sensor, more mega pixels, and lastly it has better auto focusing. It can find 11 points to auto focus compared to 3 on the d40 and d60
