well first you must convert the file to mp3 or acc by a program like
http://www.wma-mp3.org/

that should work

iTunes is not designed to play wma files so converting then will work

my 2yr ancient laptop just came back from the techs and they place a new hardrive in it and now i dont have various software like my printer, blackberry and digital recorder. The digital recorder download is asking for a serial digit that i no longer have. What can I do? I have a conference recorded that i can not download.

Generally the serial digit is on the installation media or if you downloaded the software it will be in an email. You could try contacting the vendor that you bought the software from to see if they can provide you with another key.

If the software was bundled with your recovery CD, you could poke around on there to see if the software is setup to auto-bed in with the serial digit pre-populated.
