Can i download lost program for JVC Camcorder Free onlin?

I have lost my program for JVC camcorder GZ-MG135 and need to bed in it on my computer, can i download online?
Hey I lost the disk that came with my camcorder when i bought it.
Camera details are:
JVC Enviro G series
GZ-MG135
Hard Disk Camcorder
Can you delight advise link if there are any

JVC are about as much use as a chocolate tea pot!!!

You cannot DL the software as thye want you to buy a replacement disk. If you go back to the shop/store everywhere you got it from they may have an extra disk that you could borrow ( well you never know customer service may not be dead) Have you tried to just plug in your camera and turn it on, windows should find it and possibly just bed in one of its own drivers and the camcorder should come up as an external/removable drive. you will then be able to copy the files from the camcorder. for editing (if you are going to do that) you will either need editing software that will work with the files. or convert them to a format that it will work with. MOD to mpg converter.

Another option is just to rename the video files to MPG they are already mpeg files just with another extention name.

Hello My sister just gave me this camcorder JVC GR-DX97 (no charger she lost it) and i was wondering it has a compartment for a small cassette and for a sd card can i record video and save it to the sd card?If i record on the tape can i import it to my pc?the camera has a usb and a firewire port.

Your best bet is to check with JVC support and download a manual. And check this site for resolved answers.

The sd card in your camcorder is for taking stills.

Your dv camcorder needs a firewire tie (ieee 1394) in order to download video, your PC doubtless did not come with a firewire port, so you will have to buy one and bed in it, since most computers (except possibly groundbreaking new) don’t come with a firewire port, your camcorder did not come with a firewire cord so you have to buy a cord too. Your camcorder did come with a USB cord and that is used for downloading stills from your camcorder
