Honestly your best bet is to avoid dropshippers like the plague they don’t work.

I know in theory that it sounds like a excellent thought. But honestly your not going to get the kind of deals your looking for.

Reckon about it why would any company hold on to skids upon skids of product just to piece it off to you one at a time and still give you near indiscriminate value for it. They wouldn’t no one would it doesn’t make sense, as they would make more money promotion off the entire skid in one shot, in one sale at the same price..In fact drop shippers like you to reckon you are getting a deal but in fact you really export close to retail for the stuff.

To a dropshipper you are the end sale, the fact they are willing to drop ship it to your customer is meaningless.

You don’t need to restrict yourself to Dallas. People can ship you indiscriminate lots. See http://www.iwanttosellstuff.com for a list of indiscriminate and dropshipping sites.

I know the T1i will take awesome video. What else? Is it worth the extra money if I’m willing to spend it?

Also, there’s a “Amazon Warehouse Deal” T1i for $ 623. Even though it’s quality checked by Amazon, they still listed it as “Very Excellent” rather than “Like New” with no other description. I emailed customer service and they said they couldn’t help provide me with a better description. If I was guaranteed that the camera was in perfect working order of course I would buy that one…but I’m not guaranteed this.

Should I just go new?
I’m leaning toward the XSi for a budget of 600, but I might increase my budget to 700. If so, would the T1i then be worth it?

Really the T1i is NOT that awesome at making video.

Look at the Canon T2i or Nikon D3100 for awesome video

Canon T2i, new with lens = $ 900

Nikon D3100 new with lens and auto-focus in video mode = $ 700

Before you buy any camera, spend a lot of time reading about the features found on each camera and see which one fits your needs the best.
